Returns Policy

Merchandise Returns
All merchandise returns must be approved and accompanied by a return authorization number written clearly on the outside of the return package with a copy of the original invoice. All customer accounts must be up to date before a return authorization number can be issued. Return authorization numbers can be obtained by calling our offices and speaking with one of our customer service representatives. Request for return authorization numbers must be made within 14 days of the original invoice. Once a return authorization number has been given the product must be received by Maxton Group, Inc. within 10 days or it is voided. Maxton Group, Inc. is not responsible for any returns that are not previously approved and issued a return authorization number. All non-warranty returns are subject to a restock fee of 25% and may be applied at the discretion of Maxton Group, Inc.. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Credits take 30 days to process.

Returns for Shipping Damages
If box shows visible damage upon receipt it is your responsibility to make a claim with UPS / FED-EX / US Mail within 24 hours of delivery. Once claim is filed please inform Maxton Group immediately. Please retain all original packaging. Maxton Group is not responsible for damaged goods due to shipping negligence.

Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
Customized developed / Customs Color parts / kits.
Installed products.
Products that are not current model year.
Products purchased over 14 days.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made the same day original order is placed.

RETURNING YOUR GOODS
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange an item, so below are our instructions how to do this.

Products purchased through this site should be returned to us at the address below. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.

Please ensure all items are returned to us unused and in their original condition and where possible in their original packaging – failure to do so may result in our being unable to accept a return.

We support the stated manufacturers’ warranty period. If you tamper with, modify or disassemble the product for any reason your warranty will automatically become VOID. We check all products before shipping them to our customers and will therefore be aware if tampering, modification or dis-assembly has taken place and we will not refund or replace the product in these circumstances.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item please:

Email customer services at info@maxtongroup.com within 14 days of receipt of your goods stating your original order number, and the item you wish to exchange along with a detailed reason for this. You will receive a returns confirmation by Email.

Send the item(s) back to us at the address above, preferably in the original packaging or a suitable replacement. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered delivery service which requires a signature on receipt and which carries an appropriate amount of compensation in the event that the goods become lost en route from you to us. We cannot be responsible for products which do not reach us. Please note that returning items will be at YOUR expense and risk.

Items must be returned to us in their ORIGINAL CONDITION – we will not exchange items which are not fully fit for resale – and your return must reach us within 14 working days of your original receipt of the item. We reserve the right to levy a 25% restocking charge.
We will refund to you the purchase price of the original item, including the original delivery costs but not the cost of your returning the item to us. You will then be able to return to the web store and make a new, separate purchase of the item you require.

ERROR BY US
If we get it wrong, we’re happy to put it right so if we ship the incorrect goods then please…

Email customer services at info@maxtongroup.com clearly explaining the error or fault and stating your original order number. Please indicate whether you require a refund or an exchange.

If you are returning the product because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund you all the costs involved in sending the item back to us as well as your original carriage and product costs.

You will receive confirmation via email upon receipt of the product by us.
In the event of your requiring a replacement we will discuss availability and delivery times with you. If you select a refund then we will refund to you the purchase price of the original item, including delivery and return carriage costs.
Any refund will be credited to your Debit/Credit card within 30 working days of our receiving the item.

PROBLEM GOODS WITHIN WARRANTY
If the products we supply don’t function as they should and are still within warranty, then please…

Tell us what the problem is by eMailing customer services at info@maxtongroup.com clearly explaining the fault and stating your original order number.
You will receive a returns confirmation by email along with advice on the matter you have raised.

If we need to repair or replace all or part of your goods we’ll ask you to send the item(s) back to us at the address above, preferably in the original packaging or if not, a suitable replacement.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered delivery service which requires a signature on receipt and which carries an appropriate amount of compensation in the event that the goods become lost en route from you to us. We will test the goods and advise you of the outcome and the next action we will take. Please note that the decision to either repair or replace faulty goods will be entirely at our discretion, and the full costs of this will be met by us.
